Carrier for baking

Abstract

The present invention provides a carrier for baking, which settles the following problems: in baking a component which comprises the metal oxide with low melting point, the chemical reaction between the metal oxide with low melting point and the carrier component causes the crystal phase structure of the carrier to switch from a normal corundum type crystal structure to spinelle type crystal structure, and the problems of carrier bending or surface layer stripping of carrier because of stress caused by the variation. The carrier for baking comprises a substrate (3) and a coating. Through presetting the coating to the spinelle type crystal structure, the crystal structure changing of the coating can be prevented when the component is baked.
本发明提供一种烧成用载置器,解决了:在含有低熔点金属氧化物的部件的烧成时,由低熔点金属氧化物和载置器成分的化学反应引起载置器的结晶项结构由以往的刚玉型晶体结构转变成尖晶石型晶体结构,并由该变化引发的应力产生载置器的弯曲或载置器表层的剥离这样的问题。一种烧成用载置器,含有基材(3)和涂层,通过使该涂层预先为尖晶石型晶体结构,可以防止部件烧成时改变涂层的晶体结构。
