Abstract

The invention relates to a method for randomly selecting food material, comprising the following steps: supplying a food material mixing and combining prompting element; randomly selecting at least two food material variety selecting elements; contrasting the randomly selected food material variety selecting elements with the food material mixing and combining prompting element and judging a contrasting result. In addition, the invention also provides a device for randomly selecting food material, comprising a main body structure and at least two food material variety selecting elements, wherein the outer surface of the main body structure is provided with the food material mixing and combining prompting element and the two food material variety selecting elements are arranged in the mainbody structure or the outer surface of the main body structure and are used for displaying the contrasting result of the food material mixing and combining prompting element in the random selection. The method and the device for randomly selecting food material reduce the risk of food mixing taboo, reduce the excessive ingestion of energy quantity and promote housewives or individuals to quickly select proper food material by simple operation.
本发明是关于一种随机选择食材的方法,包括以下步骤:提供一份食材配伍组合提示件;至少随机选择两种食材种类选择件;以及将上述随机选择的食材种类选择件与所述食材配伍组合提示件进行比对,并判断比对的结果。另外,本发明还提供了一种随机选择食材的装置,包括:本体结构,所述本体结构的外表面设有一份食材配伍组合提示件;以及至少两种食材种类选择件,设置于本体结构内部或外表面,用于随机选择中显示上述食材配伍组合提示件中的比对结果。本发明的随机选择食材的方法及其装置可以减少食物配伍禁忌的风险,减少能量过度的摄入,通过简单易行的操作,促成家庭主妇或个体快速选择合适的食材。
