Abstract

本发明的一种旋转导向钻井工具的翼肋驱动机构,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:1)设置一旋转导向钻井工具,所述旋转导向钻井工具包括三个翼肋驱动机构,翼肋驱动机构包括液缸、翼肋和小车滚轮;液缸的活塞连接小车滚轮的轴,翼肋的固定端绞支固定在活塞上,另一端为自由端;自由端通过斜面与小车滚轮相切;2)根据液缸的驱动力P、斜面的倾斜角α和小车滚轮的摩擦系数f,得到翼肋贴井壁力S和小车滚轮的行程x;3)对翼肋贴井壁力S和小车滚轮的行程x进行优化,得到最佳的倾斜角α,完成设计。本发明的方法和机构可用于各种旋转导向工具支撑翼肋机构设计及分析。
The invention provides a wing rib driving mechanism of a rotary steering drilling tool, which is characterized of comprising the following steps of: 1) installing the rotary steering drilling tool which comprises three wing rib driving mechanisms, wherein the wing rib driving mechanisms comprises liquid cylinders, wing ribs and trolley idler wheels; the pistons of the liquid cylinders are connected with the shafts of the trolley idler wheels; the fixed ends of the wing ribs are fixed on the pistons by means of hinging and supporting, and the other ends of the wing ribs are free ends; and the free ends are tangent with the trolley idler wheels by inclined planes; 2) obtaining the well wall sticking force S of the wing ribs and the journey X of the trolley idler wheels according to the driving force P of the liquid cylinders, the inclined angle a of the inclined planes and the friction coefficient f of the trolley idler wheels; 3) optimizing the wing ribs well wall sticking force S of the wing ribs and the journey X of the trolley idler wheels to obtain the best inclined angle a and complete design. The method and the mechanism can be used for designing and analyzing the wing rib driving mechanisms of the various rotary steering drilling tools.
