Abstract

The invention relates to a chute device for queuing needle handles of transfusion needles, which comprises a stander, the needle handles of the transfusion needles, and a plurality of equally-spaced chutes, wherein cavities matched with the geometrical shapes of the needle handles are formed above the chutes, and the cross section of the cavities can only accommodate a single needle handle; the tail ends of the chutes are provided with a front card-plugging mechanism and a back card-plugging mechanism, and the distance between the two card-plugging mechanisms is equal to the length of the single needle handle of the transfusion needle; and the card-plugging mechanism consist of card plates, plug holes on the chutes, cylinders and connecting pieces. The chute device for queuing the needle handles of the transfusion needles uses the unsymmetrical cavities of the chutes to accommodate the needle handles of the transfusion needles so that needle handles are arranged in the positive direction with the front one connected with the back one, and with the help of the two card-plugging mechanisms, the needle handles of the transfusion needles are released one by one so that the irregular delivery of the prior chutes by letting things slide or drift is stopped. The chute device has a simple and reasonable structure and truly achieves the full automatic operation for queuing the needle handles of the transfusion needles, so the production efficiency can be greatly improved and simultaneously the pollutions probably caused by manual operations are stopped, and positive effects and significant progresses are obtained.
本发明涉及一种用于输液针针柄排队的滑槽装置。其具有:机架、输液针针柄、若干条等间距的滑槽;所述滑槽上方设有与针柄几何形状相吻合的空腔,所述空腔截面仅能容纳单片针柄;滑槽尾端设有前、后两道插卡机构,两插卡机构的间距为单个输液针针柄的长度;所述插卡机构由卡板、滑槽上的插孔、气缸及连接件所组成。本发明提出的用于输液针针柄排队的滑槽装置,通过滑槽的非对称状的空腔容纳输液针针柄,使其前后尾接正向排列,再借助于两插卡机构,输液针针柄单个放行,杜绝了现有滑槽放任自流的不规则输送。本发明结构简单合理,真正实现了输液针针柄排队的全自动化操作,将大大提高生产效率,同时杜绝手工操作可能带来的污染,取得了积极的效果和长足的进步。
